We combine handcrafted quality performance at its best with latest CAD / CAM technology. From the idea over the manual drawing or the data set over the construction to the final pattern equipment - also including pattern refinement and pattern storage in our house when needed - we support our customers around the world through the entire modeling process.

Foundry patterns in wood, plastic and foam block materials for the production of steam and gas turbines, machine beds, diesel engines and components for wind turbines are supplied in dimensions of several meters and each accuracy and surface quality as desired.

The equipment

Our machine and software park guarantees in combination with the technical skills and years of experience of our staff, the timely completion of foundry patterns of our customers in the desired size, accuracy and surface quality. We are currently working alongside conventional machinery including with:

• 1x 5-axis portal milling machine 5100x3700x1250 mm
• 1x 5-axis portal milling machine 3800x1800x1200 mm
• 1x 5-axis portal milling machine 2800x1800x1200 mm
• 3x 3-axis milling machines
• 7x CAD / CAM workstations (VISI, WorkNC, Rhinoceros, SolidWorks)

On a plant area of ​​7,500 square meters, there are several halls with production space of 2,100 square meters for the pattern shop, a separate metalworking shop, CAD / CAM workstations, offices and social rooms and a 1,000 square meter pattern warehouse.

Four cranes with a maximum load of 8 t each over the entire ground floor production area ensure that the finished patterns can begin the journey to their respective destination by truck via the nearby motorway access quickly and easily.
